Blemish Be Gone

I’m approaching the end of this spring semester at school and I’ve let papers pile up. Not only that, but finals are right around the corner. With all the stress the break outs have been happening all week. Although blemishes are a natural thing that happens to all of us, it’s a pain in the ass. Anything I can do to prevent them from popping up, I do it.

I have found an amazing product, that was recommended by a friend, that I will be heading to Sephora to buy this weekend. It’s called RareMinerals Blemish Therapy. It’s an acne treatment made by Bare Minerals. I witnessed my friend applying it, and almost instantly the minerals hide the blemish. What’s great about this product, is that it not only conceals your blemishes, but it also treats them. You can wear it to bed, or under your makeup.

be-blemish-therapyThe mineral treatment comes with a brush to help apply the product. You can find it at Bare Essentials store and Sephora. The price is a little high, $28, but I’m hoping it’ll be worth it.

While treating you skin remember to drink lots of water, and eat healthy. Those things have an affect on your skin and how rapidly it heals.

Speak Up =)

Hello Beautiful People

We all deal with different beauty and body issues. There are a ton of amazing products out there that help us deal with them too. I’ve tried so many things, because they all amaze me. I love experimenting and finding solutions and little fixes to our dilemmas. And more than anything I love sharing it with all of you guys.

So what’s on your mind? What kinds of beauty problems have you all got on your hands? Ask now fabulous people. I’ve probably tried  a product for it or heard of something to use. And if you’ve heard of something great then share it with the rest of us =).

Daily Must

Lets focus on the eyes for a second. They are the “windows to our soul”, or so they say. If that’s the case then highlight those babies and make em pop. I’m talking about MASCARA people. It’s a daily must. If you’re rushing out the door and have no time to apply anything else, just grab the mascara and open up your eyes. There are 4 mascaras I alternate with these days.

Great Lash Mascara from Maybelline is great. It doesn’t give you a dramatic look so it’s good for daily wear or simply daytime. The thin brush doesn’t add volume, but it definitely lengthens your lashes.

Maybelline’s Lash Stiletto is also great. I’ve used this in the daytime as well. The difference with this one is that it gives your lashes a shinier look. Think patent leather.

Yes people it’s BLUE mascara. And it’s awesome. This one is from Bad Gal in blue. The blue makes the white in your eyes pop; which then makes your eyes appear bigger. I love it. Don’t worry the blue isn’t that noticeable unless someone gets extremely close to look at your lashes. Not only does it make your eyes pop, but the thick brush adds volume to your lashes.

And now for my all time favorite mascara EVER (well so far)… Covergirl’s Lash Blast Mascara. It is amazing. I prefer thicker brushes when it comes to mascara. I always see a difference in volume when I use them. This Covergirl mascara is so great, because it gives me the volume and length I love.
